Okay, so before you misread this the name is desert, as in the place with a lot of sand - NOT dessert, which is that fattening thing that you want to eat right away but you wait until you eat the rest of your meal
The thread for this bag is a Caron Wildflowers thread, #036/Tobacco and the beads are almost a perfect match. The colors make me think of how a desert would look - muted and peaceful. I am particularly proud of the neckpiece even though there is a glaring error in it that I will have to fix. Can you find the error? The beads in the neckpiece contain rose quartz and rhodonite. I am trying to use more stones and chips because I think they carry energy better than just plain beads. I will probably add a closure dangle when I fix the neckpiece. I am not 100% decided yet.
(2/18/01) I restrung the necklace portion and added a bead dangle - it makes the bag look so much different and I wanted to show you that.
