I made this pouch for my beading friend, Kat BarronMiller. If you have read the info on my "drops necklace" you will find out about how we met. Kat is a lovely person and is always giving me gifts whenever we get together...okay, so it has only been 2 times out of 2, but I think there is a trend here :) This is my attempt to even up the score.
Kat's bag is the same type as the other two, found in the book, Bead Knitted Pendant Bags, by Theresa Williams. It was created using Caron Wildflowers thread in the color "Ice". The seed beads are a Czech matte mix. The larger beads for the necklace all came from my bead stash, which is actually quite small...honest! I guess I am just lucky that I haven't had to buy any new "larger than seed" beads for some time now. It is probably because I don't really use them all that often. Perhaps after finishing up some more of these beaded knitted bags, I will have my excuse/reason.
I hope you like this beadwork, please let me know your thoughts by Signing My Guestbook. Or by sending me an e-mail.
