My Best Friend, Leslie's Wedding

I have known Leslie since high school. That's a looooong time (as of 2001, 25 years!) Leslie is an amazing person...complex, intelligent as all heck, cute and sexy. Leslie met and fell in love with another amazing person, Peter Foster. They were married in January, but wanted to have a wedding celebration, which will be on June 22, 2001. I wanted to make something for their special day, so I made this bracelet (right) and headband (below). The detail shot of the bracelet shows the pattern for both. The idea came from a plastic bead and wire kit that my sister bought for me to play with (thanks Chaachi!). I liked the idea so much that I made my own version with glass beads. It is very light and comfortable...I hope she likes it!
